Why can I not find a VAT number or a Company number?
Our company does not reach the specification required by HMRC to be VAT registered and therefore we do not require a VAT number. registered. We do not have a Company number because we are a sole trader company and registered as such with HMRC.
Why does the same paper have a different batch number on it and can I use it?
Each time wallpaper is printed the paper base or ink can change slightly or if it is printed on a different machine. It is advisable to always use wallpaper from the same batch to get a perfect match. However, if the different batch numbered paper is going on an opposing wall you may not notice the difference. It can also work if most of the other batch is behind furniture or something. This does vary more on some papers than others and depending on the patten itself. Also, it depends on how the light falls in the room, windows, types of lighting, two different sides of a fireplace. This is a choice you will need to make or speak with a decorator for advice before ordering as we are not liable for any variations in the shade/colour between batches. This difference does not mean the wallpaper is faulty and applies to all makes of wallpaper. For information a batch number may consist of just numbers or just letters or a combination of both, e.g. AA1, BK, 2680183 and sometimes a date. This number is different to the product number which indicates what it is and the specific colour. When we list, we always show the product number first followed by a batch number.
I want to order something
Is there a minimum order roll quantity or value?
The minimum quantity you can order is one roll and there is no minimum order value. Postage is based on the number of rolls ordered.
Can you supply me more than the quantity listed?
No, we can only supply you from the stock showing at the time you order. The shop only shows wallpaper we carry in stock and as soon as we have sold out it will be removed from the shop site.
Can I order wallpaper that is not listed?
If you have a particular wallpaper in mind or a specific batch number you are looking for and it is not showing in our shop site then it might be possible to ask us to investigate for you about obtaining it, so please do drop us a message.
What if any of the items I order are out of stock?
We only list wallpaper for the stock we have available on the shelves. However, if a human has made an error and we find when we go to pick your order insufficient stock we will refund you and contact you.
Delivery Information
What is the length of time between paying for my order and it are the dispatch times?
We dispatch orders on the next working day from the time we receive your order, although if it is early in the morning we might be able to dispatch it on the same working day.
How long is the delivery time?
For the mainland UK, once your order is dispatched it normally takes between 2/3 working days, although you might find it arrives a bit faster. If you live in the Highlands, Islands remote parts of the UK or Northern Ireland it may take up to 5 working days. These times are not guaranteed but a guide. We try to get it to you as fast as we can.
How are my goods packaged?
The wallpaper is sealed in the original cellophane wrapper (unless indicated otherwise) with the information label. This is wrapped in bubble wrap and then put inside a cardboard box supported around it by packing paper. Then we use biodegradable starch peanut packing chips to fill the spaces. The box is sealed with clear tape around the outside.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we send you a tracking number and information so you can follow the journey of your order. We monitor all orders until they reach you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We only deliver our orders to UK addresses.
Do you deliver to Highlands, Islands off the UK mainland or Northern Ireland?
Yes, we do. There are different charges for these postal areas. This includes these postcodes:

Changing or cancelling my order
Can I change the delivery address once I’ve ordered?
Orders are only sent to the address given on the order. Once the order has been placed and dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. Depending on the Courier used you might through the tracking information be able to arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place.
Can I amend my order?
If the order has not been dispatched it should be possible to amend your order, please drop us a message and we can see how we may be able to help.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, it should be possible to cancel the order. If you need to cancel part of the order and it has not been dispatched, we should be able to assist you in changing the order.
